NMPA: Catalog of Medical Devices Exempt from Clinical Evaluation (2025)

The National Medical Products Administration has organized the revision of the Catalog of Medical Devices Exempt from Clinical Evaluation (2023) (Announcement No. 33 of 2023) and formulated the Catalog of Medical Devices Exempt from Clinical Evaluation (2025), which is hereby promulgated and shall come into effect on the date of publication.
